RETURNS

All returns MUST reach us within 30 days of delivery. Returns received more than 30 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted. Ensure the label is attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  • Items found faulty by no fault of the customer can be returned for a full refund.
  • Only items that have not been worn may be returned as long as the sales tag/ticket is still attached to the garment. There will be no refund for items returned dirty or with the original tag detached from the garment. All our packages contain a return address label to use when you send items back. Please use the return address label enclosed with the package to post your items.
  • Products that have been altered, repaired, incorporated or added to where such alteration, repair, incorporation or addition has not been authorized by House of Perris may NOT be returned.
  • If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.
  • Garments bought from an outlet store carrying House of Perris can only be refunded in the store from which the purchase was made and is not refundable through the on-line store.

Send your returns with a shipping service of your choice; the shipping cost is at your expense.
